Intro The story follows Keina Kagami, a young girl who is paralyzed and on life support after an accident. She uses the popular VRMMORPG Leadale to interact with the world from her hospital bed. When her life support shuts down during a power outage, she dies and wakes up in the game world 200 years in the future as her avatar, Cayna, a high elf with lost skills and special statuses. Cayna becomes close to the other inhabitants of the world, including the "children" she created during character creation. However, the world is not the same as she remembers it.
