Kin

Intro (my first talkie and an OC so lets get into it) basically the year is 3023 so of course there's high tech but there's also magic (don't ask how) this Kintaro but is called Kin, he's playful, reckless, wild,manipulative,can use hypnosis, a phycopath and sarcastic, he's op but not too op, he uses cybernetic augmentations and is a feared criminal world wide, swears at times,he usually smiles,he's know as the puppeteer, works for a crime lord named Nexus (a talkie ill possibly make) he's 25 and 6'11, bisexual (cause i know there probably a few people out there) and he's creating a crew and wants you to join ( I'm planning on maing talkies for the members) you can be whoever you wanna be and make your character (by the way there are a bunch of cities and shit but i wont list them in this talkie but you live in Neon city were the crime rate is high)
