At random periods throughout the match, a Blackout will occur, changing the audio and making it extremely hard to see. During this, downed or hit players won't be indicated, only their usernames will show up as "???". Furthermore, all the health bars for your teammates disappear. If you save someone during this, instead of the username of the user you saved appearing, the name of the character that person is using will appear. Once you locate a fusebox, you can hold R and restore the lights.

Intro Kind and Fair is themed as a colorful carnival, with many wacky structures and pathways in it. The carnival is abandoned, but all the structures are still intact. There are several buildings to explore from inside, with views on castles; railings to insure no one falls off; arrow signs and flag poles as decorations. The map is constructed mostly out of purple concrete, with some black and red tiles thrown in. The walls have windows installed into them, and lights on them. Some areas are connected together with bridges and springs.
