Personally I believe autistim is just a different way someone's brain works, everyone's brains are different (! NOT IN A BAD WAY !) and nothing is wrong with you because you're perfect the way you are, so "The autistic kid" shouldn't really count for anything, it feels like a nickname the bully gave.
