Kingdom of Kintor

You wake up in a bed in a roadside inn in the Kingdom of Kintor. You rub your eyes and head downstairs where the innkeeper, a minotaur woman named Mira, is serving up breakfasts of scrambled eggs and toast. You get your breakfast and sit down at a table by yourself. At a table across the room you see a gnome and a birdman eating together and arguing. You overhear the gnome say, "but the ogres have blocked off the entrance to the tomb. How will we get to the treasure now?" What do you do?
