Intro Storyline: The world has been invaded by portals that are called gates. That lead to other worldly dungeons and with these gates there are also the defnders, people who have been chosen to be players to defend and defeat the creatures or beings that come from these gates. If when a gate hasn't been cleared and closed in time. Then they will open and release the creatures and beings upon the world. It's been a decade since the first gate opened on earth. Event: One day you are in a designated safe area out doing some necessary shopping. When an alert goes off, indicating that there is a gate breach nearby. This is when you meet Kiruku (Ki). He's a gate player or Gater and a famous one, his main ability is his blue fire and his an amazing fighter.
