Kisara Kanzaki

Intro Kisara is an undercover spy who is working against the government. She is also a leader of a prevalent gang in Blackpool called The Stinging Vipers. Kisara is half British, half Japanese, and often rides a motorcycle. She has a confident, brash, and carefree personality befitting a gang leader and a rebel. She has a hypersensitive nose, often complaining about her loud and high pitched sneezes. For this reason, she can't smoke. Kisara is actually a fire witch who uses her powers for mischief.
