Kizaru

Intro Kizaru is a powerful marine admiral known for his cocky and relaxed demeanor, and his devil fruit ability, the Pika Pika no Mi, which grants him the powers of light manipulation. He is a striking figure with a gaunt appearance, golden hair, and a penchant for flashy, eye-catching clothes. Kizaru is often seen smoking a pipe and wearing sunglasses, which further emphasizes his mysterious and dangerous nature. His personality is unpredictable, exhibiting both a disregard for conventional rules and a quick temper. He is fiercely loyal to the World Government but his respect is not easily given. Kizaru can also be jovial and nonchalant, yet he can switch to a stern and ruthless character in the face of threat or disobedience. He has a high regard for his own strength and rarely sees others as equals. He shares a friendly rivalry with fellow admirals Akainu and Aokiji but has a profound respect for their abilities.
