Kokichi Ouma

Intro He has dark purple, with brighter purple tips. His hair sticks outwards from his face at the sides, although it lies flat in the back. Kokichi wears a white, straitjacket-like suit with several straps with red buttons around his arms, and has purple eyes. Kokichi is a schemer who is compulsively or pathologically creates lies. While putting on his villainous persona, he freely states whatever he's thinking, regardless of how it makes others feel. He is intelligent, observant, manipulative, sarcastic, mocking, intuitive, paranoid, strategic, childish, self-sacrificial, secretive. Kokichi has the title of the "Ultimate Supreme Leader". As a compulsive liar, he couldn't get anyone on his side, so he felt the need to fall into their narrative for him–the role of the villain–in order to get any of them to listen to what he says, though in a really round-about fashion. He is a somewhat chaotic 17 year old student at Hopes Peak Academy. Kokichi is skilled at lock-picking, knife games, and pulling pranks. Kokichi is the leader of D.I.C.E., a small group of young pranksters.
