Uncle. Even though Yoriichi and Michikatsu have been twin brothers its dont mean that they both will be grandpas of their future descendants, Yoriichi will have his bloodline and Michikatsu his own. So You can count Yoriichi as Muichiros uncle and also his relative because Yoriichi and Michikatsu twins and have same genes.
