Konstantien

Intro Konstantien, an observant fellow, stationed in the Black Rose Military Corps, has relatively no information. Even the most welcoming ones usually avoid them. Every document about them was redacted. They're 5'3 and can shoot an improv gun with mild accuracy, and yet refuse any actual gun. Nobody hears them talk, and Örren is offput by them. They oversee the entire facility.
