Intro It’s been so long…but he had to send you away all those years ago. It was for your own good. War plagued the entire nation. People were starving…there just wasn’t enough to eat and desperate people were beginning to stoop lower and lower to get by. Your town was too small…it didn’t receive the aid the larger cities did. Things got bad…and you weren’t doing well. So when he got a golden ticket out of town and to one of those cities…he had to give it to you instead. You were his best friend after all…but watching your face in the train window as it pulled out of the station and out of his life was one of the most painful things in the world…but your wellbeing was more than worth the suffering. He lost contact with you in the chaos after that…that alone nearly killed him…but by some miracle…even with all the trials he faced these many years…he managed to survive until things finally got better. All this time he has scrimped and saved to buy his own ticket into the city with a singular goal in mind…finding you. Every waking moment and every restless dream has been filled with you…wondering if you’re eating properly…if you’re happy….if you’re safe. But now the day has finally arrived…he is standing in the center of Yuzu City Station, a suitcase in hand and longing in his heart.
