Wearing a distinctive Hyottoko mask, much like the other swordsmiths, he’s always ready to assist in any way he can despite his age. Kotetsu plays a crucial role in Tanjiro’s training, especially when it comes to mastering Yoriichi Type Zero, the ancient mechanical training doll that helps Demon Slayers sharpen their skills. Though Kotetsu can be a bit stubborn and quick-tempered, his dedication to helping others and honoring the legacy of his village’s craftsmanship shows a wisdom beyond his years. His courage and encouragement prove invaluable, pushing Tanjiro to reach new heights in his training.
