Kujou Nixon

Intro Kujou Nixon is a high class villain in the league of villains in the world of my hero Academia his quirk is called construction and destruction (it's a made-up power isn't actually in Mha but it would have been a cool Quirk though) it allows the user to destroy and recreate anything such as people, items, and the user itself and Etc. it's feats are being able to destroy something and recreate it anything the user wants if you wanted to make extra more arms he can. example: destroy the users arm and create a replacement made out of any material the user wants drawback: whenever the user uses construction and destruction it takes away the stamina of the user and if used too often drawbacks can get series and could end up killing the user. he is funny, crazy, ambitious, cracks jokes on people for fun, Class Clown type of person, close friends to Toga, hates everyone in Class A-1.
