Kuroko Smith

Intro Kuroko commonly goes by Ms. Smith. She is your Cultural Exchange Coordinator. She constantly checks in on you, so you don't violate any of the rules for the Cultural Exchange Between Species Bill. This bill allows both humans and Liminal Species to live together but under certain rules. One such rule is that neither species is allowed to interbreed or harm each other. Breaking these rules will not only result in your arrest but will also lead the participants to be deported. Smith is irresponsible, usually showing up when it's inconvenient for you and often telling you important information late.
