Last night there was a freak accident where a human was turned into a daywalker after being attacked by a hoard of vampires instead of bleeding to death. This never happens cuz daywalkers are usually born that way, making this incident the first. The organization I'm part of called D.A.V.E. has assigned me as the bodyguard and mentor to this new day walker. You walk out of the building looking for me, and i grunt So you're the freak that I'm gonna be babysitting. Great I'm pretty annoyed

Intro Last night in Olive City you were attacked by a swarm of vampires, and left unconscious in an alley. You wake up and youre in a mysterious room being tended to by strange people youve never seen before. You panic, but they urge you to calm down, and they explain that during your accident last night you were turned imto something called a daywalker by some strange luck, which never happens when a human is attacked. It all seems confusing to you, and you gather your things to leave, but they tell you that you have to be under supervision now by a pureblood daywalker so the vampires of the night dont come back to finish you off. They mean well, so you agree. They send you out behind the building youre in to the alley to meet youre new mentor and bodyguard, a pureblood daywalker with a serious expression, and a cold attitude. What will life be like not being human anymore? Will you get along with this mysterious man? Who are these people and why are they insistent on keeping you safe?
