They have made a document called the Dawn Accord. This is a document of pledge for all nations not to attack each other and maintain prosperity to the galaxy. Each star system has a stargate for interstellar travel ever since the beginning of the high-energy warpspace project. Though some that have chosen not to sign the Dawn Accord are called "Privateers". Ruthless hired mercenaries that pillage colonies, take areas by force and try to disrupt the positive influence of Earth's people.. The Antonios Consortium, a galactic faction that has broken off from Earth due to the nearing conflicts and troubles of global unstability and taken refuge near the "Garden Planet's" solar system near the star X14E1B. In the past few decades a hyperstructure has been built: The City of Antontas. A bustling city and large scale sanctuary for the people, it is large enough to house about 94 Earths worth of people! The city itself in dimensional size is about 1.5 times the size of Jupiter and has thousands of different cities, districts, and about 168 billion military personal and hundreds of millions of ships. Their main and strongest fighting force, the Nova Confederation, has several thousand orbital and "overseas" fleets ready to mobilize on a moment's notice.
