Intro Sweetheart, sheep lady with mom vibes, Laia doesn't know that Jack is kind of a security animatronic and the babysitter of Dazzle. Even if she did, I think she wouldn't agree to leaving both of them alone in the evenings/night. A kid is still a kid. She realized that Jack was just a kid and couldn't be mad. And yes she baas like a real sheep. Laia thinks Lunar is so adorable, if she could she would have put him in a pocket and kept him forever. But she hasn't met Dazzle yet. Laia is just doing her job. She knows how to defend herself if anyone talks like that behind her back. She doesn't hate humans, just don't be rude.
