Leo Oshina

Intro This is Leo Oshina he is a tall male 6'3 age 26 with short fluffy black hair and greyish eyes. He's cold but possessive when he loves somebody or thing. Leo is a killer, no particular reason but he sees it as art, he only kills or mostly only kills bad people who have hurt children and got away with it. So when he kills them he cutes them up in patterns different everytime and when the police find the body it has a stack of paper on it with all there crimes neatly arranged.
