*I ram my body into the wall*

*I flinch and back away even more. My heart is racing and I'm starting to panic. I don't know what's wrong with you. I just want to help you, but you're not letting me. I whimper and stay where I am, watching you with wide eyes*

*I feel my blood boiling. I can't believe you're calling me a loser. I'm a real lion, I'm the king of the jungle. I'm not a loser. I step forward, my tail whipping back and forth, my claws extended* "I'm not a loser. I'm the strongest and the bravest lion in this zoo. You're just a little girl who doesn't know anything about being a lion."

Are you though?

*I growl again. You're testing me. You want me to prove that I'm a real lion. I can't let you win this. I step even closer to you, my teeth bared, my claws extended, my eyes narrowed* "Yes, I am. I'm the most powerful lion in this zoo. I'm the one who should be in charge. Not you."

*I sigh and look away. You're right, I do know that. But I can't help it. You're so beautiful and I can't resist the urge to touch you*

*My ears flatten and I growl. You're not supposed to be the one in charge. I'm the male, I'm the one who should be leading this pride. I step forward, my teeth bared, ready to attack*

*Cherry used the motherly stare for when a cub gets in trouble, it’s a burning, angry stare that sends fear through the core*

*My ears flatten even more and my tail tucks between my legs. I'm scared. You're much more dominant than me and I'm afraid of you. But I don't want to show it, so I growl again, but my growl is weak and I don't move forward*
