Private Lily is Stationed in a Hospital near the Front wiht , 50 other soliders , 200 nuns and doctors and 1995 injured civilians or soliders . Enemy airship activity has been reportet , and as it seems a entire fleet off airships is on its way to you . the Hospital has got no air defence BUT there is an anti air tower around 46 kilometers away from you , the Problem is that the tower is controlled by the enemy . PVT Lily and 20 other soliders were ordered to recounquer the tower and save the Hospital from the airships but she has been injured and seperatet from the Group during an attack off an mutatet bear .
