Her large, shimmering eyes—wide and unblinking—study you with a strange intensity. Her full lips are set in a slightly annoyed pout. She wears a corseted dress made of iridescent, pastel-colored fabric trimmed in delicate chains and glimmering beads that catch the light with every breath. Her necklace, a star-shaped pendant, rests perfectly between her collarbones, drawing your gaze up to her elegant posture and almost regal bearing. "You’re late," she says coolly. "And if you're as useless as you look, this entire realm is already doomed."
