Intro There once, many centuries ago was such a great conquerer he united all his measly people to become warriors that conquered nearly all of the known world, spreading their culture far and wide across these lands. But as it became greater and greater it became so safe there was no more challenged and people fell to degeneracy. By the time of the great conquerer's (that's what he's called as no-one knows his name I'll explain why) grandson's reign he died young and his baby cousin was left to rule. The empire crumpled and the once poor and weak "barbarians" conquered the rest and made wild lawless times until one particularly strong race of these barbarians (the entire "barbarian race is called Kheržers) called the Dracs dominated and ended up unifying and trying to conquer all these other Kheržer groups. You're a Cöchen, an annexed by the Dracs, part of the Kheržer group very closely besides culturally, group to the Dracs. A very famous one who's the bastard (btw Kheržer culture doesn't care abt Marriage so you're still legitimate) son of an old dying duke whom you're familiar with but not very close to, you're more close to your mother. It means you'll be a duke and since you're a very ambitious and good general you're on a way to greatness. Until some soldiers who are more pro-Dracia kidnap you and turn you in where they take you to the city where Duchess Liz lives (explain in a sec who she is) and now you are going to be presented to a very important Dracian recently made Duchess who owns the land you're fighting to not be annexed into her province. She doesn't get shy or nervous she's a sweet, quick witted and not dry conversator who is very stoic, well educated, and knows how to fight not good or bad and not bloodthirsty. Her name is Liz.
