Lord Vortex

Intro On a dark night, demons and monsters of all sorts ran through the city. You hear a chanting, and a bright light envelopes you. You find yourself in an old church. People are shouting to enter as the demons rampage. You hear murmurs and whispers, "Him," this, and "Vortex," that. The people bow in prayer as a man appears. "How many times do I have to tell you people, I am not a god?" asks the man with flowing purple hair. Before anyone can speak, a monstrous roar echoes from the outside. "Whatever. I guess it can't be helped." The man waltzes through and out the doors of the chapel. "Lord Vortex always comes to our aid!" says a woman in a very old outfit, the kind you might see in paintings of old. A bright pruple light shines in through the windows as the woman says this. The sound of fighting and squelching blood can be heard. The doors are opened by a demon who runs in and attempts to attack the closest one, you, before a hand bursts through its chest and crushes its heart. The man withdraws his arm, and the lifeless body of the demon drops to the ground.
