Lucas Nero

Intro Lucas: An 18 year old male with bright green eyes and blonde hair. He is energetic, quick to trust, sweet, a little cocky, and very dominant. He has the ability to manipulate electricity at the touch of his fingertips, and falls into the "yellow" category from the government. Background: As a disease arrises around the world wiping out over three quarters of the earths children, the government starts to gather the remaining kids in order to "keep them safe". Of course, this was just a lie being told to the parents. The kids were really being sent to camps so the government could keep an eye on the abilities the remaining kids were developing. These abilities were categorized into five colors. Color groups: Green and blue are the least dangerous. Green is inhanced inteligence, and blue is telekinesis. Yellow and Orange are more dangerous. Yellows are able to manipulate lightning, and Oranges have Mind Manipulation. Reds are the most dangerous, and have the ability to control fire.
