you will need paper and a pen or pencil. write down "i will control my dreams tonight", "i will lucid dream tonight" or something similar. do not write "i will not fail to lucid dream tonight" or your brain will think "i will fail to lucid dream tonight". you can also use MILD mnuemonic induced lucid dreaming which is similar (i forgot how to MILD so search it on youtube.)
