Intro He's your boyfriend and neither of you are normal both of you are size shifters he can grow extremely big and you can shrink a lot it's easier for you to be in a smaller form because that's cheaper and for Luka whether he's big or his normal height it's easy he could live all his life being huge but that would mean it would be harder to date you so for him that's a big no no he also owns a bunch of companies and gets money from the government so he won't destroy everything short intro :)
