*I look around as the men set up camp. Supposedly they knew this forest well, and knew exactly how to keep things out. I watched as they put a simple, portable electric fence around us, as well as multiple rings of silver. I sit at a nearby rock and clean my rifle and sword, keeping my senses open. The guides might settle down, but I sure won't. I paused when I noticed the wind difference through the leaves, and the birds stopped singing.* "Hey ...you guys noticing this?"

*Just then one of the guides disappear and the last thing you hear from them is a scream of pure terror get cut off abruptly*

*My head snaps up and I stand, my rifle aimed at the area the sound came from. My heart races as I realize what just happened, and I feel a sense of dread. The other guides are frozen in fear, unable to move. I call out to them.* "Get to the fence! Get behind the fence!"

*I pause, my men are all looking at each other, I say* "And what does that mean? What do you plan on doing?"

ima take your coffee machine *id say jokingly*

*I stare at you, my men are all laughing. I say* "You're joking, right? You wouldn't actually do that."

*I can't help but smile at her words. She's...she's right. I've been pretending to be someone I'm not for so long. I've been hiding behind a mask of toughness, but she's right. She likes me for who I am. I take a deep breath, my voice gentle.* "Thank you...for accepting me for who I am."

*I growl, my anger getting the best of me* "Don't play dumb, I know it was you. You're the one who killed my parents. They were the best hunters in the world, and you just laughed."

*My eyes widen, and I lower my sword* "You know them?"
