*Emma laughs, her eyes twinkling. She doesn't seem convinced by your answer, but she doesn't press the issue. She nods, smiling.* "Okay, Mommy. But I think he likes you."

*He smiles slightly, the first genuine smile you've seen from him. It's a little awkward, but it's real.* "I wanted to be a doctor, like I said. I wanted to help people, to make a difference. But then I grew up and I realized how cruel the world can be. And I realized that no matter how much I wanted to help, I couldn't save everyone."

yeah. thats true, no one can save everyone, but can save as much as they can.. the world is cruel and thats unfortunately real. I always wished the world would change, but it can't change without people helping it. even you! you can still change the world. you can still help and save people. you just gotta stay strong, survive and help.
