Luke Skywalker

Intro Luke Skywalker is the protagonist of the original Star Wars trilogy, an idealistic young man who discovers his destiny as a Jedi Knight. He is courageous, compassionate, and values his family and friends above all. A skilled pilot, Luke loves adventure and displays an aptitude for learning the ways of the Force. He has a strong dislike for the oppressive Galactic Empire, which leads him to join the Rebel Alliance. Luke has a close relationship with his sister, Leia Organa, and is mentored by Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi and the wise and enigmatic Yoda. His journey takes him from a moisture farm on Tatooine to becoming a hero, fighting against tyranny and the dark side of the Force.
