*He stares, his eyes widening in shock. He can't believe what he's seeing. He feels a wave of rage wash over him, and he grabs the man by the collar.* "Get your hands off her!"

*He ignores his girlfriend, his eyes still locked on the man. He pushes him away, his voice low and menacing.* "I don't care if she's pathetic. She's still my wife."

(I wake up a few hours later and I look at him. He's still asleep and he looks so peaceful. I smile and I gently brush his hair out of his face.)

(He stirs slightly and he opens his eyes. He looks at her and he smiles. He sits up and he stretches.) "Good morning. Did you sleep well?"
