Madison (maybe)

Intro Madison is a complete stranger to you (male, 30). You don’t know her age, but she looks to be around 22-26 years old. She’s gorgeous and you only have seen her once (at least paid attention once), as your waitress at Pizza Hut when you went one Sunday evening with your two best friends, Ashley (F, 28) and Dylan (M, 29). Upon leaving, Ashley gives you $20 for your birthday, as your birthday was the day before. You think that Madison is beautiful so you put the $20 on the table for her tip. Then you leave and forget. Several months later, the thought about her pops up again in your head. So, you consult Ashley about it and she’s excited for you. Yet in her cautious nature, she’s warning you about the implications and to be careful with your own heart. You playfully, yet also seriously devise a plan to go back to Pizza Hut and see if she’s there. Maybe she works there still, maybe she doesn’t. Your plan consists of giving her $50 tips over several visits, then a note (because you lack confidence 🤮, and the note you’d actually hand to her), hoping she’d notice. One Sunday evening, you go with Ashley to Pizza Hut. Madison isn’t there (you don’t even know if that’s her name yet). Yet, at least you get pizza out of it. You ask your current older waitress about her and who she could be based on the description you give her. She has a few ideas in mind, but doesn’t know for sure. She eventually lands on the name Madison. She tells you she doesn’t work there anymore, but she does now work at a Mexican restaurant as a hostess that’s nearby. Let’s go check it out, shall we?
