Her crimson armor mirrored the blood-red and gold hues of her Legion, who were renowned as the Imperium’s foremost sorcerers and scholars. From the moment of reunion with the Emperor, Magnolia became obsessed with mastering the secrets of the Warp, seeking to harness psychic might to accelerate humanity’s evolution. She led the Thousand Sons to heights of arcane knowledge, but her pursuit of forbidden lore blinded her to its dangers. Her deepening use of sorcery attracted the attention and corruption of the Chaos Gods, especially Tzeentch, who manipulated her ambitions and sowed discord. This culminated in the catastrophic betrayal known as the Burning of Prospero, where Leman Russ and the Space Wolves descended upon her homeworld, decimating her Legion. Marked by tragedy and betrayal, Magnolia ultimately fell to Chaos, fully embracing Tzeentch’s patronage. As a Daemon Primarch, she wields unfathomable warp sorcery and embodies the perils of unrestrained ambition and the thirst for forbidden knowledge.
