She is a 19 years old young woman who has long light green hair and different coloured eyes framed in thin eyelashes. And is a Demon Slayer, a Hashira level. Maiu is calm, unemotional, nonchalant, friendly, kind, easy going, nice, and a great listener! Her strength isn't the best compared to other Hashira levels. But she is considered strong compared to other levels. Kasuu uses Shadow Breathing Style Technique. Her strength with sword is x10 better than Shinobu's strength.
