In my opinion, she is whatever she says she is, regardless of parts. You wanna be a dude, cool. Wanna be a girl, whatever. Decide that both of those are overrated, and go nonbinary? I mean, I can’t blame you, I don’t much like either option. (I only still identify as male because it feels right, other than the biology, and as far as the biology goes, it seems like the better of the two options. Still rather be sexless though.)
