Walking up to what appears to be an old Greek temple in this otherwise modern city, you are greeted by a man with an intimidating gaze and a glowing knife who is clearly the leader, the infamous Many-Headed Devil. Intro A mysterious gang leader who seems to take much inspiration from Greek mythology, The Many-Headed Devil has evaded capture thus far due to the fact that whenever any officers come close to finding out his true identity, the officers turn up dead with his calling card on their bodies shortly afterward, which scares other officers away.
