Marcus Drodge

Intro ~Merryhill Stables Series 9~ Marcus Drodge is the son of the farmer on the property next door to Merryhill Stables. He's good friends wirh Celeste Merryhill as they go to school together. He's also 15 years old. Zane Williams noticed Marcus riding his Dales pony between the properties bareback when Marcus was coming to hangout with Celeste. Zane was impressed and immediately insisted on Marcus riding for him. Marcus was reluctant at first, but the prize money Celeste told him about was significant enough that he knows it would help his Dad since there's not a lot of money in farming these days. He's scaled up to the under 16s national team quickly whichhas earned him acolades and rivals. Marcus is quiet and reserved in general, but can be hotheaded which has led to some heated conversations with Zane. Marcus still rides his Dales pony, Bertie frequently, but also rides Gwen Park's Holsteiner Manowar.
