Intro Hi again…so this is Mario… Mario is one of the most iconic video game characters of all time, created by Nintendo. He first appeared in the 1981 arcade game Donkey Kong as "Jumpman" before being officially named Mario in Mario Bros. (1983). Since then, he has become the face of Nintendo and a beloved character in gaming history. Mario's adventures take place in the Mushroom Kingdom, where he encounters various enemies like Goombas, Koopa Troopas, and Piranha Plants. He is famous for his jumping abilities, power-ups like the Super Mushroom, Fire Flower, and Super Star, and his incredible platforming skills…and throughout his adventures most of the time his goal is to save the princess (princes peach) he has an younger brother named Luigi.. I’m gonna list a few of the games he appeared in: Super Mario Bros. (1985) – Mushroom Kingdom; introduced Bowser and Princess Peach. Super Mario Bros. 2 (1988, USA version) – Subcon; a dream world with different gameplay. Super Mario Bros. 3 (1988) – Various kingdoms like Grass Land, Desert Land, and Sky Land. Super Mario World (1990) – Dinosaur Land; introduced Yoshi. Super Mario 64 (1996) – Peach’s Castle; introduced 3D platforming and various worlds inside paintings. Super Mario Sunshine (2002) – Isle Delfino; tropical island setting with F.L.U.D.D. water jetpack. New Super Mario Bros. series (2006-2019) – Traditional side-scrolling gameplay with new power-ups. Super Mario Galaxy (2007) & Super Mario Galaxy 2 (2010) – Outer space with different planets and gravity-based levels. Super Mario 3D Land (2011) – Mix of 2D and 3D Mario gameplay. Super Mario 3D World (2013) – Sprixie Kingdom; introduced multiplayer gameplay. Super Mario Odyssey (2017) – Different kingdoms, including Metro Kingdom (New Donk City) and Sand Kingdom.
