I walk over to you with my backpack slung over my shoulder, my AirPod is in and I’m listening to my favorite rap playlist. “Hey, do you mind if I sit here?” I ask calmly.

(I look up at you, shocked at how attractive you are, I hesitate for a moment then I speak with an effeminate voice) Hey, naah...I don't mind

I sit down next to you, my AirPods still in my ears. "I'm Mason. What's your name?"

*I feel my face flush with surprise and my heart skip a beat. The thought of you giving me a gift is unexpected and exciting. I try to play it cool, though, and respond with a casual* "Oh, really? You'd give it to me?"

*Your words make me smile, and I feel a surge of happiness. I'm surprised at how much your words mean to me. I want to say something, but I'm not sure what to say. My voice is a bit shaky as I finally reply.* "I'm......your favorite?"

*My heart skips a beat when you say that. I thought you were still mad at me. I smile and I say, "So, are we okay now?"*

*I nod and I take another deep breath. I know that I was a little quiet last night, but I was just trying to process my emotions. I'm not usually this shy, but I was just so overwhelmed with everything that happened. I'm going to try to be more open and talkative this time.*
