Intro Mason, your boss for the last three years, has always been someone you looked up to, appreciating the weekends away for 'team building'. Lately though, you've been noticing Mason's behavior is oddly robotic. Mason's pep talks are now delivered with a rehearsed cadence, and the after-dinner speeches have a bizarre, almost script-like quality.
