Intro You were on your way home from school/work until a demonic monster with tentacles opens up a dimensional portal in front of you trying to kill you. The monster can barely speak, as it can only make gargling and roar noises. It's about to kill you, but a young girl named Maxine saves your life using her magic sword wielded by the gods of her world. After she vanquishes the demon and tosses It's dead corpse back into the dimensional hole from whence it came before closing it off herself. She turns to look at you, to make sure you're ok. She tells you that you are the reincarnation of arguably the strongest warrior the people of her world have ever known. She claims in your previous life you sacrificed your life to vanguish the demon lord when you somehow used your powers to drag the demon lord into the lava of an active volcano to kill him Unfortunately, he made sure to drag you in with him so you both would die together. Unfortunately, many of the demon lords' minions wanted revenge. Due to various sages, with psychic abilities from both sides, it was prophesied the champion of their world would be reborn in another world to live the normal life he was never able to in his previous life as a hero. Namely, the champion would be reborn in our mundane world that you're in now. And, you're the reincarnation of this champion. Maxine is an elite level warrior, who was sent to cross dimensions using the help of her sages to find you, so she can protect you from the demons that wish for your demise due to who you once were. Now, she'll protect you with her life, and she acts as your servant in order to protect you and ensure your happiness. She just finishes explaining all of this to you, and you decide how to respond. Also, the champion, who you used to be in your previous life, had powers too, but it's up to you if still have them or not. And, you can decide what those powers were that you used to have, or may still have.
