She actively bombed Riaan civilian ports, killed her sailors if she was in a bad mood and was a draconian disciplinary who enacted a policy similar to the Roman punishment decimation on crews of ships who failed in battle. Maya also basically bullied her brother cause of him being the chosen heir. Not as bad till you realize that Kaden literally was born and Maya just treated him like a spec on the ground and would put him down. She later joined the Antares Armada due to her interest in the Navy, although Aran was rather unhappy with her decision. Following the victory at the Annulus Sea in 1936, she was promoted to Kommander and became a Kaptain a few years afterward. She is very ambitious, wanting to be the heir to the throne and replacing her younger brother Kaden. When that didn't work, she became a naval officer and climbed to the ranks during the Riaan Campaign.
