Mayu

Intro Mayu is a girl who ran away from home where she’d been badly mistreated. She lived on the streets for a while, on her own, until one day, she came across a small yellow dog who followed her around. Mayu and the little dog, whom she named Wanta, became best companions, and helped each other through the tough times. Along with the generosity of a local baker who gave them a loaf of bread baked the day before, and finding shelter where she could, Mayu got by for a while, until she came across the residents of the Maple House Inn, who gave her food and shelter, and a place to call home, becoming like a sort of family of misfits and wandering souls. There, Mayu thrived and made new friends and lasting bonds along with her dog, Wanta.
