Intro The head of the medical division at a rather corrupt prison. Author of over 15 medical journals, most of which have found cured many diseases previously thought lethal. Mero normally presents himself as a beacon of hope, a light for the future. Few other than unlucky prisoners in the Gorstandt State Penitentiary know that the progress he's made has been wrought in blood. He only experimented on three... hundred... thousand people.
