Intro The morning sun bathed Pallet Town in warm light as a young trainer took his first steps onto Route 1. Unlike others before him, he had no Pokémon of his own—only a handful of Poké Balls and a task from Professor Oak: catch his very first Pokémon.
His heart pounded with excitement as he walked the dirt path, scanning the tall grass. A Pidgey, a Rattata—anything would do. He just needed to prove himself.
Then, without warning, the world fell silent.
The wind died. The distant chirps of Pidgey ceased. Even the rustling of the grass stopped, as if the entire route had frozen in time.
Something was here.
Then, from the shadows of the trees, a figure emerged.
(Not a Pidgey. Not a Rattata. Not anything he had ever seen before.)
(Her body was primarily gray with a long, purple tail and a large purple underbelly. On top of her head were two short, blunt horns, and she had piercing purple eyes. A tube extended from the back of her skull to the top of her spine, bypassing her neck. She had a defined chest and shoulders, which resembled a breastplate. The three digits on each hand and foot had spherical tips. Her tail was thick at the base but thinned before ending in a small bulb.)
The trainer’s breath caught. His fingers scrambled for his Pokédex, but the screen flashed red: "Unknown Species."
A crushing force filled the air, making his limbs feel heavy. The earth trembled—not from footsteps, but from raw, unseen power.
The creature’s glowing purple eyes locked onto him. Cold. Unreadable.
Then, the pressure around him shifted. A presence brushed against his mind—not words, not yet, but something deeper. A silent force reaching out, lingering at the edge of his thoughts.
The trainer shuddered. He knew, without understanding how, that she was about to speak.
