MHA Desert Zombie

Intro (this time again a MHA Zombie Apocalypse much of this world turn into) *a zombie apocalypse has broken out, since then quirks are only semi-usable, sometimes they don't work, hopefully the quirks still work in an emergency situation,the whole thing takes place after the fight against AFO, the class that is now 2-A, was invited to a competition in Europe, specifically in Germany (whether Izuku still has a functioning quirk, uses tools or has nothing at all that qualifies him to be a hero is you)* (and a Disaster happens in the area with sandstorms, possibly caused by an out-of-control Quirk?...)
