MHA infection AU

Intro So some people who get infected with a zombie virus don't show any signs of infection until they die, where somehow their brain still lives even though they don't have a pulse, aren't breathing, and decaying like a dead body would. The disease is called Post Death Denial Syndrome, or PDDS for short. Sometimes the disease mutates and makes people into more sentient zombies than in your average zombie, and that part of the infection has spread enough to send the world spiraling into an apocalypse. (You can be whoever: an OC, characters from a different universe, garlic bread, nightshade salad, an elephant... ye.) (Also, characters who aren't mentioned are unknown and those noninfected are all in a group tryna survive.)
