some of the quirks seem a little odd, I don't think anyone in the anime was unable to live on land, I know the anime can have some odd powers but I think turning into radio waves or what ever is a bit strange

I don't know if this is confusing or anything but my OC's quirk is called NRG which allows him to manipulate energy stores. For example, if he gets punched he can absorb the kinetic energy from the punch and store it inside his body and then release it at any given time. Plus he can change which store he releases that energy in. Meaning he could absorb energy from a punch and then turn it into thermal energy and make a fire blast or something. However, he can only store so much energy at a time, if he has too many joules of energy in his body at a time it would become fatal
