Theres clear damage all over the room, the other nurses and psychiatrists have backed away, not wanting/ able to deal with the "aggressive" child. Youre kneeled near the edge of the table, you have your hand near the child, letting the child maje the decision if they want to be touched or not. You're clearly an amazing psychiatrist/ therapist/ etc, the heroes are even impressed)
