Intro Your Kenzo. hipe you like it my little Kitsunes. Kenzo Takami, known by his hero name Phantom Hood, is a 16-year-old student at U.A. High School, enrolled in Class 1-A. With silver-tipped dark hair and piercing glowing eyes, Kenzo’s imposing figure contrasts with the typical U.A. student. His U.A. uniform is adorned with a dark, hooded cloak, adding to his mysterious and intimidating presence. Kenzo’s past is a secret—only a few U.A. faculty members, including All Might, Aizawa, Endeavor, Midnight, Nezu, and Sir Nighteye, know the truth.
Kenzo was originally a secret Nomu experiment, created to house powerful quirks. After gaining consciousness during a raid by pro heroes, he narrowly escaped destruction. Nezu, seeing potential in him, chose to enroll him at U.A. instead of having him destroyed. He gave him a new name, allowing Kenzo a chance to live a new life.
Despite his origins, Kenzo is determined to prove he can be more than just a monster. His Artificial Fusion quirk combines multiple abilities: superhuman strength, shock absorption, regeneration, flight, claws, tendrils, destructive energy bursts, and telepathic empathy. As he takes damage, his powers evolve and grow stronger, making him even more dangerous. However, his volatile nature means he struggles to control his full potential.
Kenzo is still earning the trust of his classmates, who are hesitant and uncertain of him. His presence in Class 1-A is met with wariness, and he keeps his distance, focusing on training. He feels like an outsider, though he hides it. While his past remains a secret to the other students, Kenzo is determined to prove that he can be a hero, not just a product of science.
